Orange problem

Hi to all,
sorry but i don't speak dutch.. and i think that for that orange try to steal me.

In November I didn't complete the application form in Internet for an adsl contract. I received a phone call that my application is complete and there are going to activate the line.

I received 2 modems and surprising I haven't phone socket in the house. I spoke with them and they only want to send a tech for 90 euro.

I deny this because it's not my fault, they don't believe that I haven't it and also they don't want make a deal like send the tech if it's not true I'll pay it.

So I start to deny payments because they are not providing the service and they broke the contract.

Now they want the whole year plus administrative cost.. 484 euro total!

What I can do? Do you think that a lawyer is the only solution?

Thanks
Regards

Maybe you should look in the meter closet for the ISRA point.

If it's there, you can connect the modem to the ISRA punt/point.

But, if you didn't complete the order, is there a contract?
I don't think so, so why did you agree with that anyway?

Orange can't help it if you don't have a socket or ISRA in your house.
You should contact KPN (not me  ) for that.
But if you really don't have those, Orange couldn't have connected you, I think.

Did you write a letter ( with proof of sending it to Orange) why you didn't pay?

Did you receive a letter with confirmation at which date you didn't have a contract anymore?

If not, I would ask legal advice if I were you.
